Daily Affirmations HarmonyPrivacy Policy
This policy covers the Daily Affirmations Harmony app for iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo, its home-screen widget, and this website. The app is published by Rubber Goose LLC ("we", "us"). Questions go to support@daily-affirmation.app.
The short version: there are no accounts. What you write in the app stays on your device. We use a small number of services to understand how the app is used, to fix crashes and to process purchases. We don't sell your data, the app shows no ads, and it doesn't track you.
What stays on your device
These are stored only on your iPhone or iPad and are never sent to us:
- your list of saved affirmations (each time you save or share one, analytics records which one, see below)
- your evening reflections
- the name you give the app, your chosen backdrop, app icon and reminder settings
- your mood check-in for the day (the mood you pick is also counted in analytics, see below)
Deleting the app deletes them. They are included in your own device backups, which Apple handles under its own policy.
What the app shares, and with whom

The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and it does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) or share data with advertising networks or data brokers. None of these services receive your reflections or the name you enter.
Each service handles data under its own privacy policy: Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple and Cloudflare. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States.
If you write to support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it only to answer you.
How long data is kept
Analytics data is kept by Firebase for the retention period set in our Firebase project, after which it is deleted. Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat for as long as needed to keep your purchases working and to meet accounting obligations.
Your choices and rights
- Turn off notifications any time in iOS Settings.
- Delete the app to remove everything stored on your device.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, or object to its use. Email support@daily-affirmation.app. Because there are no accounts, include anything that helps us find your data, such as the date you bought Plus. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
We use analytics and crash reports on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the app working and improving it, and process purchases to perform our contract with you.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
This website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts or scripts.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
