Daily Affirmations HarmonyTerms of Use
These terms apply to the Daily Affirmations Harmony app and this website, published by Rubber Goose LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them, together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies. Where the two differ, these terms take precedence to the extent Apple's agreement allows.
Not medical advice
The app offers affirmations, guided audio and reflection prompts for general wellbeing. It is not therapy and not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care, diagnosis or treatment. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a mental-health professional. If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself, contact your local emergency number straight away.
Don't listen to guided sessions while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may share individual affirmations using the app's share feature. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app's affirmation library, audio or artwork, or reverse-engineer the app.
Plus, subscriptions and purchases
- The app is free to download. Plus unlocks every affirmation collection, every backdrop and every guided session, as a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Content and changes
The affirmations, audio, artwork and design belong to us or our licensors. We may add, change or remove content and features, including guided sessions, to keep the app working and improving. If we remove something that Plus includes, we'll aim to replace it with comparable content.
Availability
Affirmations work offline. Guided sessions stream over the internet and need a connection. We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be excluded.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
